Ticketmaster rolled out Presence -- which replaces paper tickets with mobile digital passes -- at all 32 NFL stadiums and nearly 200 venues. Taylor Swift's North American tour also relied on mobile delivery, and, says Marcus, "What she did with us, from Verified Fan to pricing tools and strategy, has informed every major tour we've ticketed since."
