Big Machine Music has signed an exclusive co-publishing agreement with country singer-songwriter Brandy Clark, it was announced Thursday (Nov. 8). As part of the announcement, BMM additionally revealed the formation of a music publishing joint venture with Clark's All BC Music.

"Brandy is a cultural jewel and songwriting icon,” said Mike Molinar, general manager of BMM. “We are honored and humbled she has chosen Big Machine Music as her new home.”

“I’m incredibly excited to join Big Machine Music,” added Clark. “Their enthusiasm and commitment to great songs and songwriters is the perfect formula for this joint venture and I look forward to working together to cultivate new talent.”

Clark has compiled six Grammy nominations over the course of her career, the first of which came for Best Country Song thanks to her co-writing work for the Miranda Lambert's "Mama's Broken Heart," which peaked at No. 20 on the Hot 100. She has also worked as a songwriter for Sheryl Crow, The Band Perry, Kacey Musgraves and more.

With the signing, BMM adds Clark to a talented roster that already includes the likes of Brett Young, Luke Combs and Jonathan Singleton.
