Superfly Appoints Stacy Moscatelli to EVP of Brand Marketing
Superfly, the marketing and event company behind music festivals such as Bonnaroo and Outside Lands announced Friday (Oct. 19) it has appointed 20-year marketing veteran Stacy Moscatelli to executive vice president of brand marketing.
In her new role, Moscatelli will oversee all consumer marketing for the Superfly brand, its properties, programs and clients. In this capacity, she will lead the strategy, development and implementation of marketing and media for the company.
“As we continue to expand our offering and portfolio of experiences, we’re looking for expert talent to support our growth,” Jonathan Mayers, co-founder of Superfly, said in a statement. “Having worked with Stacy over the years at Adult Swim, we know first-hand the ways in which her creative thinking can transform brands and we’re excited to have her joining our leadership team.”
Moscatelli added that "as a client, I worked with Superfly for many years and together we brought a number of incredible projects to life. I've always been impressed by Superfly's imaginative approach to creating flawlessly executed experiences."
Prior to joining Superfly, Moscatelli led global consumer marketing and branding initiatives for Vevo where she oversaw all of the company’s marketing, social media, design and creative services teams. During her time there, she built an in-house marketing team and led an extensive global brand redesign.
She also previously served as the vice president of marketing and brand strategy for Bedrocket Media Ventures and spent over 13 years at Turner Broadcasting working in public relations and marketing, first at Cartoon Network and then joining the team that launched Adult Swim. During her time at Adult Swim, Moscatelli worked with Superfly to produce and book a number of experiences including a touring promotion for the show Black Dynamite, a promotional party for Metalocalypse aboard the USS Midway and an Adult Swim college tour.
