Artist management agency Pat Magnarella Management has changed its name to GRNDVW (pronounced "grand view") and expanded into publishing and label services, the firm announced on Monday. Magnarella will co-run the new label and publishing branches -- a result of strategic partnerships with The Orchard and Big Deal Music -- with Graham Martin, and both will continue to manage artists alongside fellow managers Chris Georggin and Steve Masi.

GRNDVW's management roster includes multi-platinum alt-rockers Goo Goo Dolls, Beach Goons, Courtship, Flor, Jagwar Twin, Kulick, Layne, Pepper, Quicksand, Rise Against, SWMRS, and The Story So Far. On the label side, the Encinitas, Calif.-based company released its first full-length album, Beach Goons' hoodratscumbag, in late August, and are prepping new releases from Fences and No Parents in the coming months.

"With the ever changing music landscape, we felt it was time to evolve," commented Martin. "We want GRNDVW to function as a full-service music company, not just a management company. The ability offer label and publishing services allows us to work with a more diverse roster of artists, both large and small, in a variety of capacities."

Added Magnarella, who launched PMM in 20014: "As managers, we handle every detail of our clients' careers, so starting GRNDVW is a natural extension of what we already do. I'm excited for our team to start this exciting new journey."
