FIX Fan Loyalty App to Launch This Fall
The app plans to bridge the gap between the online and live music experiences.
Fan Integrated Experiences LTD. has announced the upcoming release of its fan loyalty app FIX. The FIX app will be available on both iOS and Android and serve as a solution to outdated fan club models.
FIX has designed a democratized fan club experience and creates a consistent system of rewards and incentives based on existing habits. The app provides a forum for the type of content and interaction that fans expect with their favorite artists.
“Life online was supposed to bring you closer to the artists you admire and the people you love. But for all the instant gratification, it has created an emptiness between you and anything real,” said FIX founder and CEO, Jerry Deifer in a release. “Streaming music is far from the breathless anticipation of live music. It’s nowhere near the roaring crowds, the sweaty bodies and the relentless primal rhythms that fuel live experience.”
The app will gamify fans’ existing music streaming habits and rewards them with special features and offers. Through the loyalty program, fans can get access to artist meet and greets, live VIP chats, discounted tickets, VIP admission and augmented reality integration. Fans will also receive exclusive content and be able to redeem rewards for concessions and merchandise for select venues and artists.

FIX will integrate with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android payment devices for tap and pay capabilities utilizing points at music events globally.
