Stefflon Don & Tom Walker to Receive Vanguard Honors at 2018 ASCAP London Awards

Stefflon Don and Tom Walker will be the recipients of this year's ASCAP Vanguard Award at the ASCAP London Awards 2018, the performance rights organization announced on Monday (Sept. 17).

The ASCAP Vanguard Award is an honor given to musicians in recognition of their impact on new and developing music genres that help to shape the future of the music industry. 

Don, the award winning bi-lingual rapper, has most notably collaborated with DJ Khaled, FutureFrench Montana and Drake's on his latest No. 1 album, Scorpion. Her single "Hurtin' Me" went to No. 7 on the U.K. Charts and was viewed 100 million times on YouTube. 

Walker caught the industry's attention with the release of his international hit single "Leave a Light On," which went on to sell 2 million copies worldwide and was streamed over 300 million times.

The ASCAP London Awards 2018 ceremony is set to take place in downtown London on Oct. 23.
