Caroline and Justin Goldman have announced the formation of his record company, JustGold Recordings. Caroline, Universal Music's artist and label services arm, will be assisting JustGold in a worldwide distribution partnership for future JustGold releases.

The record label has also announced its debut signing with London-based singer, Millie Go Lightly, whose vocals appeared twice on Young Thug’s critically acclaimed album, BEAUTIFUL THUGGER GIRLS, in 2017.

"JustGold Recordings’ vision is that it’s more than a record label, because JustGold is a platform I use to trust my gut. I only care about hit songs, not the number of followers or numbers the music gets. A lot of labels spend too much time on unimportant marketing or publicity methods and forget to perfect the music first," said Goldman in a statement.

Jacqueline Saturn, GM of Caroline and Harvest Records said, “I am proud to announce this new partnership with JustGold and Justin Goldman. Justin brings his passion for music combined with just the right amount of New York City street smarts to this venture. His vision for the future and innate ability to find great artists shows him as a new force in the industry.  JustGold is a perfect fit for Caroline.”

Goldman is a 20-year-old junior attending Syracuse University where he studies in the Bandier Program. The prestigious program, named after Sony/ATV Music publishing chairman and CEO Martin Bandier and led by former Billboard editorial director Bill Werde, focuses on music, media, marketing and entrepreneurship. Goldman previously managed Lil Gnar (10K Projects/Capitol) and Yung Gravy (Republic) through his management company, Pr1me Sounds. Goldman has also held internships at 300 Entertainment, Atlantic Records, and The FADER.
