Faculty Management CEO Jared Paul has named Janelle Lopez General Manager. Lopez has been with Faculty since it launched in 2015 and will now lead the management side of the business.

“It has been an honor to work with Jared and the entire Faculty staff,” said Lopez in a release. “The team has always encouraged and empowered me to excel at the highest level for our clients. I’m extremely excited for the future ahead.”

Lopez has worked in talent management for over 15 years, beginning her career at the Firm before joining Paul at Azoff Geary Paul Management in 2004. “Janelle has been consistently instrumental to the success of Faculty and its entire roster. Over the years, she has proven herself to be one of the most diligent, dedicated, and driven managers in the business,” Paul said of Lopez’s promotion in a release.

The long-time industry professional has worked with artists across many genres including representing Los Angeles worship band Mosaic MSC and been integral in the sustained success of New Kids On the Block.

Lopez’s “visionary commitment to artist development has been nothing short of a game-changer for many clients, actualizing their talent at early stages and maximizing it to the fullest potential. In this post, she will undoubtedly continue to flourish and guide our artists towards profound success,” Paul added.

Founded by Paul in 2015, Faculty Management has made a name for itself in the independent music industry. Working with acts like New Kids on the Block and Sabrina Carpenter, Faculty has helped build and maintain legacies for its artists. Additionally, it encompasses Faculty Productions, a leading live event producer.
