Joel Klaiman is leaving his post as Columbia Records executive vp/GM.
At the label since 2012, Klaiman was responsible for overseeing the label’s marketing, digital marketing, promotion, publicity, branding, sync licensing, video production and content development departments.
"I am leaving my role after an incredible six year run at Columbia Records," Klaiman said in a statement. "I want to thank Rob Stringer for the opportunity and the support. Thank you to [chairman/CEO] Ron Perry. I wish continued success to him and the Columbia team. I am excited for my next chapter."
