Paradigm Promotes Kristin O'Neill and Nate Sokolski to Music Agent

Paradigm Talent Agency has promoted Kristin O'Neill and Nate Sokolski to agents in the music division, effective immediately. Both agents are based in the agency's Beverly Hills headquarters.

O'Neill started at the the Windish Agency in 2013, two years before it was acquired by Paradigm in 2015. O'Neil started as a receptionist and later became assistant and then booking coordinator for agent Evan Hancock. Her roster now includes pop and electronic artists like Quinn XCII, Chelsea Cutler, ayokay, Parson James, Chrome Sparks, Hazey Eyes and Kelly Lee Owens. She continues to work closely with Hancock on top artists including Four Tet, Kaytranada and Thundercat.

Sokolski has also been at Paradigm, and previously Windish, for five years, as assistant and later booking coordinator for agent Sam Hunt. He has worked closely with many of Hunt's top clients, including Diplo, Major Lazer, A-Trak, Chromeo, Matt and Kim, The xx and Run The Jewels. Sokolski has also aided in booking events for leading brand properties like Brownies & Lemonade and the Mad Decent Block Parties.
