Starting Friday (May 18), the lifestyle audio brand Skullcandy, Inc. will be hosting a live-streamed concert series, dubbed the Now Feel This series, dedicated to featuring emerging artists.

The actual performances will be held in intimate venues across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, while also being broadcast to Skullcandy’s over 2.1 million digitally connected fans via Facebook and YouTube.

The first performance will be by White Reaper -- whose album The World’s Best American Band peaked at No. 34 on Billboard’s Independent Album chart in 2017 -- in New York City. The Spanish indie-rock quartet Hinds, known for their album Leave Me Alone (which peaked at No. 20 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums) will perform in San Francisco on May 26. Later in the summer (July 28), the duo Now, Now will take the stage in San Francisco while promoting their first album in 6 years, Saved.

In total, there will be 29 shows taking place throughout the next year.

Fans can get to know the artists on the coinciding podcast, You Feel Me? Hosted by Lee Shaner, the episodes will engage the performers with questions about themselves, their journeys as musicians, and their opinions on various culturally relevant topics.

Of this new series, Skullcandy chief marketing officer Jessica Klodnicki said: “Skullcandy’s mission is to unleash the visceral power of music for all through its innovative audio products and its support of emerging artists that are creating incredible content. With the Now Feel This concert series, we’re able to provide a live platform for musicians to tell their stories to a wider audience.”
