After several months of negotiations, ICM ends talks with the high profile agents, Billboard has learned.

High-profile hip-hop agents Caroline Yim and Zach Iser are reportedly out at ICM Partners, Billboard has learned, although there is disagreement about the pair's future at the company.

A spokesperson for Yim and Iser tell Billboard the two agents are still in negotiations with ICM, although three sources tell Billboard the talks were ended by ICM last week after renewal negotiations collapsed and the pair's contracts will end April 1. ICM Partners have begun preparing a transition plan while Yim and Iser finalize discussions with a short list of agencies that reportedly includes CAA, Paradigm and UTA.

Together, Yim and Iser have an impressive roster that includes Future, SZA, Kehlani, School Boy Q, Rae Sremmurd, Migos, Lil Yachty, Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko and Anderson.Paak.

Hiring the pair would immediately bring a powerful hip-hop and urban roster to any agency — one possible home could be CAA, which has grown its rap roster to include Logic, Fetty Wap, Wu-Tang Clan, Cardi B and A$AP Rocky.  Paradigm also has a strong rap and hip-hop roster with Run the Jewels,  Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti and G Herbo, while UTA recently signed Young Thug and reps Post Malone, 21 Savage, YG, Ms. Lauryn Hill, G-Eazy, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Jeezy.

Iser is located in New York while Yim lives in Los Angeles. The pair were named to Billboard's 40 Under 40 in 2015.
