Yebo Music's artist management division has been acquired by TMWRK, the New York-based firm behind the careers of DJ/producers Diplo, Dillon Francis and A-Trak, among others.

Yebo's management roster, including Two Feet, Chrome Sparks, Melvv, Vicktor Taiwò and Charlie Brand, will all be joining TMWRK as part of the deal, as will two Yebo managers, Ben Collins and Robbie Gong. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Colin Finkelstein, who founded Yebo Music in 2013, will continue to run Yebo's boutique record label while focusing on his new music business management company, CoFink.

"[TMWRK CEO] Andrew McInnes is an incredible leader and I know [Yebo's artists and managers] will all not only be in extremely capable hands, but with a company that will continue to drive and develop meaningful careers, in the same way they have done in the past for many other artist," Finkelstein said.

Added McInnes, "I am excited to have the opportunity to see this young roster and managers in Ben and Rob join the team," he said. "I wish Colin only the best as he starts a New Music Business Management company while still running Yebo as a boutique Music label. We are excited to go to work with this amazing group of talent in the new year."

On his next venture, Finkelstein said he's driven to find solutions for a "rapidly changing music marketplace" in order to help artists, labels maximize their earnings.
