Pandora's Director of Australia & New Zealand Leaving Company
Jane Huxley, who launched Pandora in Australia and New Zealand, is leaving the company after five years. As managing director, Huxley "firmly established our brand in the ANZ market, built a world class team, and pioneered our first subsidiaries outside of the United States," said Pandora CEO Tim Westergren.
With Huxley at the helm, Pandora's ANZ listener base has grown to over 5 million registered users while the company has established "many significant market partnerships" in the region," she said in a separate statement. "With the business on these solid foundations, I'm looking forward to my next adventure."
Prior to joining the streaming radio (now also on-demand) service in 2012, Huxley worked at Fairfax Media, Microsoft and Vodafone.
Taly Yaniv, Pandora ANZ's director of revenue operations, will replace Huxley as interim head of the territory.
