Daniel Ek, CEO of Spotify, speaks to reporters at a news conference on May 20, 2015 in New York.

Ek's friend, Swedish explorer Johan Ernst Nilson, says comedian Chris Rock served as minister.

Spotify co-founder/CEO Daniel Ek and Sofia Levander got married Saturday night on Lake Como in northern Italy, with none other than Bruno Mars serving as the night’s wedding singer. Also in attendance were BrewPR’s Brooke Hammerling and Swedish explorer Johan Ernst Nilson, who posted a photo of himself and comedy legend Chris Rock, along with a caption that seemed to say that Rock had a pretty major role during the nuptials. "Who would be better as a minister at the wedding than Chris Rock," Nilson wrote. "Thanks bro for making my friends wedding a memory for life."

Even more star power came in the form of Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, who attended with his wife Priscilla Chan. "Many people know Daniel as one of the great European entrepreneurs -- the founder of Spotify… I know him as a great friend and dedicated father," wrote Zuckerberg, who followed up the wedding by squeezing in a visit with Pope Francis on Monday before a planned townhall session with Facebook staff in Rome.
