-- Ryan O'Donnell has been appointed as vice president of creative for Deep Well Records/Capitol Publishing Group and Deep Well Publishing. Projects he will be working on include Deep Well's latest signee Cooper and Gatlin, as well as co-A&Ring the upcoming EP and album for Shane Harper. O'Donnell was previously VP of creative/A&R at Rock Mafia Recordings/Downtown Music Publishing, and also served at New Heights Entertainment, Interscope Records and Maverick Records. 

-- Jason Rackham has been named managing director of [PIAS] UK from his current position as managing director of [PIAS] Cooperative. Additionally, Craig Penny has been promoted to head of [PIAS] Cooperativealong with Geoff Muncey who is taking on the position of general manager at [PIAS] UK.

-- Imagem USA has hired Karen Macmillan as vice president of creative services, where she will oversee and facilitate North American synchronization for all of the copyrights across the company's music catalog. She most recently served as senior director of advertising and branding at Nettwerk Music Group. 

-- Music For All has welcomed Jeremy Earnhart, Bedford, Texas; Barry Morgan, Acworth, Georgia; and Ayatey Shabazz, Biloxi, Mississippi; to its board of directors. Earnhart currently serves as director of fine arts for the Arlington, Texas, Independent School District and Morgan is currently in his sixth term as Solicitor General of the State Court of Cobb County. Shabazz has taught elementary, middle and high school band in the Mississippi Gulf Coast region and has written custom arrangements and field shows for high school and college marching bands. 

-- Elizabeth Sobol is departing from her position as Universal Music Group's (UMG) U.S. classical music boss. Before joining UMG, Sobol was managing director managing director of IMG Artists North and South America. She was initially hired as president of the Decca Label Group in the states in 2013 until the division was rebranded as Universal Music Classics. UMG intends to announce a replacement soon.

-- The Association of Independent Music (AIM) has promoted Lara Baker to marketing and events director. She first joined AIM in 2004 as an administration assistant. In addition, Matt Parnell has been promoted to the position of legal and business affairs manager. He previously held a paralegal position. 

-- Jeremy Erlich has been promoted to CFO and EVP of business development at Interscope Geffen A&M Records. He has led the corporate development team at UMG for the past five years, working closely with the purchase of EMI, the sale of Parlophone and acquisition of Eagle Rock Entertainment. Erlich has agreed to continue to advise the senior executive team at UMG.

-- StubHub has hired Rich Holtzman as head of music business development. Holtzman will join the partnerships and business development team where he will oversee all of the company's partnership opportunities. He has over 20 years of experience in the music industry and most recently served as an artist manager for Red Light Management.

-- Sovereign Music, Inc. welcomes two new additions to the company. Dave Bagley will join as a partner, leaving behind his position of manager, support/music rights and royalties senior analyst as Counterpoint/Vistex. Steve Weatherby also joins as a partner, departing his VP position at DEL Records, Inc.

-- Chad Fitzsimmons has been named vice president of music initiatives at CBS Radio. He previously served as the director of integrated marketing for 97.1 AMP Radio (KAMP-FM), 93.1 JACK FM (KCBS-FM) and the world famous KROQ (KROQ-FM) in Los Angeles. 

-- Shanachie Entertainment has promoted Rick Rosenberg to the newly created position of senior vice president of business development/marketing. He previously served as the company's SVP in sales & marketing/digital.
