Diarmuid Quinn, who was named Kobalt Label Service's president, North America in 2013, has announced he'll be stepping down from that role at the turn of the year.

Returning to TourDForce Productions, Quinn will be managing with Josh Groban going forward, the only confirmed artist at press time.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my last two years at the helm of Kobalt Label Services here in North America," said Quinn in a statement.

Before joining Kobalt, Quinn served as COO of Warner Bros Records and president of Reprise Records, overseeing development for Michael Buble, Josh Groban and My Chemical Romance. Before that Quinn worked in partnership with Jeff Ayeroff on the Beatles 1 project, and developed marketing campaigns for Columbia, Epic, MCA and Disney.

Kobalt has had a busy year, drawing funding from Google Ventures, launching a global collection society and signing YouTube to it.
