Your wait for Apple Music will soon be over, Android users. Months after the streaming music service launched for Apple devices and PCs, several new screenshots have emerged on German tech site Mobile Geeks, fueling speculation that a launch is imminent.
By and large, the Android version is a twin of the Apple release, with Beats 1 and the For You and New screens made prominent. Cosmetically, the app looks the same however the navigation leans heavily on Android’s “hamburger” drop-down menu in the top-left corner. On Android, it appears you’ll be able to make changes to your settings through this menu (an improvement from iOS, where you need to go through the iPhone/Pad’s settings).
Apple previously announced that Apple Music for Android would launch in the fall, but the company has not set a specific date. See the leaked screenshots here.
