You've heard the term "Big in Japan," but what about "Big in Slovakia"? Knowing where ones music is connecting most with fans could presumably help an artist with tour and radio strategies, but getting that data isn't always easy. On Wednesday, YouTube introduced a new tool inside its YouTube for Artists site called Music Insights that, they say, can help.

Michael Cumberbatch, a product manager at YouTube, listed several of the benefits of the new feature for artists and their teams.
