-- Airgo Music has expanded into a multi-service music company Airgo Entertainment, led by Jimmy Greco (CEO), Bill Porricelli (executive VP and general manager), Russ DeSalvo (director, production and A&R) and Doreen D'Agostino (VP, publicity). 

-- British indie label Cooking Vinyl launched a standalone management arm called Black Gold Music Management, headed by John Black.

-- Icelandic folk-rock act Of Monsters and Men and manager Heather Kolker joined Mick Management. Kolker previously held a 12-year tenure with Little Big Man/Paradigm

-- Sandbox Entertainment hired Aaaron Kinssies as day-to-day manager for Shania Twain

-- ole expanded its involvement in the over-the-top (OTT) digital video market through a new digital administration deal with Cineflix Media. ole will handle the administration and channel management of all Cineflex content on digital video platforms, as well as serving as Cineflix's financial partner in its emerging OTT distribution business.

-- Leslie Hermelin, formerly of Astralwerks, Big Hassle and Mute, joined Girlie Action as senior publicist.

-- Tanya Van Pool was named vice president, research for the National Association of Broadcasters.

-- Buffy Hubelbank was appointed creative director, publishing for Red Bull Records. Hubelbank will oversee Red Bull Records' writers John Feldmann (5 Seconds of Summer, Panic! At the Disco) and Mark Maxwell (Afrojack, Lindsey Stirling) and continue to build their publishing roster. 

-- Nima Etminan was named vice president, operations in a newly created position at San Francisco-based EMPIRE Distribution, rising from his role as senior marketing manager and A&R. 

-- Jackie Shuman was named music supervisor at Good Ear Music Supervision, arriving from her role as head of sync at Crush Management (Sia, Train, Fall Out Boy).

-- Rhino Entertainment appointed Bryan Hay as senior vice president, sales & marketing. Hay previously served as vice president/global lead to iTunes at WEA
