Neil Diamond has signed with the William Morris Endeavor agency for his representation worldwide, it was announced today. It is the first time the singer has been with an agency in 30 years. Diamond's management remains with Katie McNeil Diamond, his wife.

“We are incredibly honored to be working with him as he embarks on another step in his remarkable career," said Marc Geiger, WME's head of music, in a statement.

The deal will have WME overseeing Diamond's upcoming world tour behind his upcoming Melody Road, to be released by Capitol later this month. Diamond signed with the label earlier this year, marking the first time the troubadour's catalog has been under one roof.

Not to be outdone, Diamond performed in Brooklyn -- his hometown -- for the first time in his 50-year career this past week, serenading the chapel of his former high school, Erasmus Hall.
