Darryl Watts, former creative manager/senior director of A&R at Universal Music Publishing Group, has been promoted to creative director at the company.
In his new position, Watts will continue to have a hand in the UK A&R development in addition to his role on the creative team. He will also keep reporting to head of A&R Caroline Elleray.
