BMG U.K. & Ireland has teamed up with British broadcaster GWR Group for a marketing campaign in support of pop band Westlife. The promotion involves GWR's 32-station Mix network and national digital radio station Core.

Through the initiative, listeners can download ringtones and other exclusive Westlife content from the radio stations' Web sites to mobile phones. In later phases of the partnership, the stations will run competitions to win a personalized voicemail message by a member of Westlife, and the opportunity to report backstage from one of the group's upcoming live shows. The "backstage" footage will be featured on affiliated pay-per-view Web sites.
