RIAA's Weiss Exits For U.N. Post

Amy Weiss, senior VP of communications for the RIAA, is leaving the Washington, D.C.-based trade group after four years.

Amy Weiss, senior VP of communications for the RIAA, is leaving the Washington, D.C.-based trade group after four years. She is joining the United Nations Foundation/Better World Fund as VP of public affairs, in charge of communications and lobbying and marketing efforts.

Weiss will stay at RIAA until the end of April.

Before joining the trade group, Weiss was deputy press secretary for President Clinton.
