'Spider-Man 2' Heads To Video In November

Title grossed $360 million at U.S. box office.

One of the most successful theatrical films of the year, Sony's "Spider-Man 2," is debuting on video Nov. 30.

The title, which generated more than $360 million at the domestic box office according to the studio, will be available on VHS ($24.97) or as a two-disc DVD ($29.96) through Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment.

The set will contain more than 10 hours of bonus features, including commentary with director Sam Raimi, a behind-the-scenes extra featuring the film's stars Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, a blooper reel and a "making of" feature about the "Spider-Man 2: The Game" video game from Activision.

Columbia TriStar will also be offering a new set featuring both "Spider-Man" and "Spider-Man 2" for $33.95 on VHS and $39.95 on DVD on Nov. 30. Additionally, on that date, the studio will release "Spider-Man 2" separately as a Superbit title ($26.96). Each title in the Superbit line only includes the film itself, presented at a high bit rate and with DTS audio (which is not used on the studio's regular releases).

Further, a DVD gift set ($49.95) will include a reprinting of the "Amazing Spider-Man #50" comic book, artwork from comic book artists and Spider-Man postcards.
