G-Unit Stars Offer 'First Dibs' Via Virgin Mobile

Exclusive ringtones available under UMG deal.

Virgin Mobile USA and Universal Music Group are rolling out their second "First Dibs" mobile music deal, this time with exclusive master ringtones from G-Unit's Lloyd Banks and Young Buck.

The exclusives are timed to coincide with the release of Young Buck's new album, “Straight Outta Cashville,” as well as the popularity of Banks' platinum-selling “The Hunger for More From Banks.” Both sets are on G-Unit/Interscope. The ringtones are available as exclusives for the next three months.

"Working with UMG has given us the ability to serve up exclusive ringtones from a talented roster of artists that our customers know and love,” said Howard Handler, chief marketing officer of Virgin Mobile, in a statement.

The first “First Dibs” deal, which debuted in June, featured ringtones from D12.
