Fuse, AG Interactive Link

Deal will create wireless services.

The Fuse music network and AG Interactive, the new-media subsidiary of American Greetings Corp., are joining forces to market interactive music programming via wireless.

The partnership will eventually allow Fuse to combine wireless content with its television programming; mobile services will include text messaging, voting, polling and dedications.

AG Interactive distributes content through most major carriers, including Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Sprint and AT&T Wireless.

" This is the next platform to extend the Fuse messaging to give our audience the ability to connect with us on a daily basis,” says Corey Silverman, senior VP of advertising for the network.

AG Interactive is placing a Fuse TV store within its MIDI Ringtones service, which is available on Verizon and other BREW carriers.
