CCE CFO Stacey Resigns

Ed Stacey has resigned his position as chief financial officer of Clear Channel Entertainment, a position he has held for the past five years, to pursue other career interests.

Ed Stacey has resigned his position as chief financial officer of Clear Channel Entertainment, a position he has held for the past five years, to pursue other career interests.

Kathy Willard, who has served as senior VP/chief accounting officer for the past six years, will succeed Stacey as CFO. A native of Oklahoma City, Willard has an extensive financial and accounting background that extends over the past 15 years.

Prior to joining CCE, Willard worked at financial services firm Arthur Andersen, served as VP of finance at the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City and was director of finance at Bailey Network Management in Houston.

The changes are effective immediately.
