Pepperidge Farm Flips For 'Fockers'

Tie-ins include sweepstakes, coupons.

Pepperidge Farm is playing a key role in the promotion of the April 19 DVD release of "Meet the Fockers" (Universal Studios Home Entertainment).

Among the numerous tie-ins are a Pepperidge Farm-sponsored sweepstakes offering the grand prize winner a three-day trip for six to New York and tickets to a taping of Rachael Ray's "30 Minute Meals," which airs on the Food Network. Other prizes include cooking classes at Williams Sonoma stores, $100 Williams Sonoma gift certificates, copies of "Meet the Fockers" and Rachael Ray cookbooks.

Special DVD packages of "Meet the Fockers" ($29.98) will include a coupon for $2 off Pepperidge Farm products.

USHE will launch a 50-market "Fockers" radio promotion next month. Winners will receive "dinner and a movie" prize packs including the DVD and Pepperidge Farm frozen products.

The "Meet the Fockers" DVD will include extra features such as a blooper reel and deleted scenes. The title will also be available on VHS for $23.98.
