R&B Briefs: Chris Brown, Keri Hilson, Electrik Red

- Chris Brown is the latest addition to this year's NBA All-Star weekend line-up, taking place from Friday, Feb. 13th to Sunday, Feb. 15th, in Phoenix, Az. According to a release, the three-time Grammy nominee will open the pre-game festivities on Feb. 15th alongside the Phoenix Suns center and 14-time All Star Shaquille O'Neal, as the two present the Eastern and Western Conference Teams. MTV's "America's Best Dance Crew" winners, the JabbaWockeeZ, will perform right after.

- Keri Hilson has finally set a new release date for her highly anticipated debut album, "In A Perfect World," via Zone 4/Mosley Music Group/Interscope - March 24th. Her second single, "Turnin Me On," featuring Lil Wayne, is currently No. 18 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, while first single, "Energy," peaked at No. 21.

- The newly-signed Radio Killa/Def Jam all-female quartet, Electrik Red, has announced March 24 as the release date for their pop/urban debut, "How To Be A Lady: Vol. 1."
