Live Nation International Promotes Three Execs

Live Nation has announced three new appointments within its International Music Division, which is overseen by CEO of International Music Alan Ridgeway.

Paul Latham has been promoted to COO. In his new role, Latham will oversee all international operations, which includes more than 4,000 concerts that Live Nation promotes annually. Latham previously served as president of U.K. operations, and will continue to manage the U.K. operation.

Phil Bowdery has been upped to president of touring. He will oversee the acquisition and execution of all international tours promoted by Live Nation. Most recently, Bowdery served as executive VP of touring.

Shane Bourbonnais has been elevated to president of talent. In this newly created role, Bourbonnais will coordinate international talent buying and work with Live Nation North America to establish buying efficiencies across the company's international platform. He previously served as president of Live Nation Canada, and was founder of the 2008 Pemberton Music Festival.

All three executives will be based in Live Nation's London offices and report directly to Ridgeway. Thomas Johansson will remain chairman of International Music.
