Chesney's "Hemingway's Whiskey" slips to No. 2 with 65,000 (down 64%) . . . The 71,000 start for "Bullets" is the smallest debut week at No. 1 since SoundScan began powering the chart in May of 1991 . . . Over on Digital Songs, Far*East Movement's "Like a G6" continues to reign at No. 1 (221,000) while Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" arrives at No. 2 with 217,000.
