Grammy nominations for 2013's Best Reggae Album, much as it has in previous years, acknowledges the genre's veteran acts while overlooking many popular and critically acclaimed releases by a younger generation of artists and all but one dancehall release. On Billboard's Building chart, Adele's "21" is at No. 1 while new albums from David Crowder Band ("Give Us Rest") and Snow Patrol ("Fallen Empires") appear at Nos. 2 and 3 on next week's Billboard 200. The two albums are aiming to sell around 35,000-40,000 and 30,000 each, respectively.
