After being bumped from the top for a week by Eminem 's "Not Afraid," Usher  bounds back to No. 1 for a second frame with "OMG." Usher's track earns the Airplay Gainer for a fifth consecutive week, up 22.9 million listener impressions to 114 million, according to Nielsen BDS. It's the longest radio gainer streak by a male-led track since T.I. 's "Live Your Life" also took the title for a fifth straight week in November 2008.
With a 47% dip in second-week downloads to 202,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan, Eminem's "Not Afraid" slips from 1-6 on the Hot 100. It's the biggest drop from the top since Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" also took a five-spot hit on the chart dated July 5, 2008.
Katy Perry  nearly makes it successive weeks for No. 1 debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 as "California Gurls," featuring Snoop Dogg , opens in the runner-up slot. "Gurls" shifts 294,000 downloads in its first week of availability, more than enough to send it to the top of the Digital Songs tally. On Radio Songs, the track opens at No. 31 (33.5 million listener impressions), the highest debut on that list since Mariah Carey started at No. 23 with "Touch My Body" in March 2008. Perry's song is the 14th title to start its Hot 100 chart life at No. 2. Six of the 13 prior No. 2 entries have made the additional step to No. 1 in a subsequent week. B.o.B  posts back-to-back entries in the top five of the Hot 100 as "Airplanes," featuring Hayley Williams, taxis 5-3 and former No. 1 "Nothin' On You," featuring Bruno Mars slides 3-4. Another former No. 1, Taio Cruz 's "Break Your Heart," featuring Ludacris , retreats 4-5.
Ke$ha 's "Your Love Is My Drug" rises 8-7, a spot ahead of yet another top 10 entry by Lady Gaga . Gaga's "Alejandro" (11-8) is her seventh straight radio single to reach the top 10. The last female artist to launch a career in such fashion was Monica, who also placed her first seven charting songs as a lead vocalist in the top 10 from 1995-1999. Gaga's streak has taken her all of 17 months.
The Glee Cast  once again places five new entries on the Hot 100, led by its rendition of Rick Springfield 's 1981 No. 1 smash, "Jessie's Girl" at No. 23. The title sells 105,000 downloads and opens at No. 10 on Digital Songs.
Young chanteuse Charice, who opens in the top 10 of the Billboard 200  with her debut album debuts at No. 56 with "Pyramid," featuring Iyaz. She hit the Hot 100 for a sole week last June with "Note to God" (No. 44 peak).
Lil Wayne's "I'm Single," from his 2009 "No Ceilings" mixtape, lands at No. 82, giving him 57 total career appearances on the Hot 100, the second most by a rapper behind Jay-Z, who has 60.
Enrique Iglesias enters at No. 89 with "I Like It," his first English-language title since "Do You Know? (The Ping Pong Song)" peaked at No. 21 in June 2007. In between these tracks, he charted with "Lloro Por Ti" (No. 91 peak in 2008).
Justin Bieber places a sixth track from his "My World 2.0" set on the Hot 100 as "Somebody to Love" lands at No. 98. His "My World" debut album generated seven chart entries.
