Rod Stewart will kick off a North American tour June 1 at General Motors Place in Vancouver. The 42-city trek in support of his recently released Atlantic Records debut "Human" will run through mid-August.
Tickets for 13 shows -- Vancouver (June 1), Seattle (June 2), Sacramento, Calif. (June 5), Concord, Calif. (June 7), San Francisco (June 8), Phoenix (June 15), Atlanta (June 29), Detroit (July 25), Grand Rapids (July 26), Hershey, Pa. (July 28), Cleveland (July 29), Toronto (Aug. 1), and Philadelphia (Aug. 4) -- go on sale this weekend.
Venue and ticketing information for the remaining 29 cities has not yet been released. Further tour information will be posted on Stewart's official tour Web site as it is confirmed.
"Human" debuted in February at No. 50 on The Billboard 200, while first single "I Can't Deny It," is at No. 33 on Billboard's Adult Top 40 chart this week.
