Aside from two U.K. dates later this month, the Black Keys' lone other summer show is June 17 at the Taste of Chicago festival. "We're going to take it easy this summer," Auerbach says. "We'll be back in the fall when the new album comes out."
As previously reported , the as-yet-untitled 12-track set is due Sept. 13 and will feature such songs as "Your Touch," "The Flame" and "It's Just Got To Be." It will be the Keys' first in a new label deal that will be announced in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, a new EP of Junior Kimbrough covers, "Chulahoma," hits stores today (May 2) via Fat Possum.
