Live fast, die young, bad girls sell wacky merchandise: M.I.A.  announced on Thursday (June 21) that the remixes for her single "Bad Girls" will be released on a USB necklace that resembles a BMW car key. Fans can now pre-order the item, which will be released on July 6, at the alt-pop artist's official web site .
According to an overview of the product, the USB necklace includes three remixes of the single, produced by Danja, Switch and Leo Justi, respectively. As previously announced, Missy Elliott , Rye Rye  and Azealia Banks  have linked up with Maya and have guested on the remixes.
The package also includes behind-the-scenes photos from the "Bad Girls" video shoot and an "exclusive GIF." Each "Bad Girls" remix package is $50.00.
Released in late January, the original version of "Bad Girls" has sold 109,000 downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan. After sparking controversy by flipping the middle finger during Madonna 's Super Bowl halftime performance in February, M.I.A. returned to TV by composing original music to "The World Tomorrow," from WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, which premiered in Russia last April.
