Reality TV couple Mark Ballas and Pia Toscano have reportedly ended their relationship due to the demands of their respective careers.

"American Idol" alum Toscano, 22, and "Dancing with the Stars" regular Ballas, 22, began dating in April after Toscano's surprising elimination from the singing competition. However, a source tells People [1], "They both decided with everything going on that they couldn't give each other what would be fair."

Ballas is currently rehearsing with actress Kristin Cavallari for the upcoming season of "Dancing With The Stars." Meanwhile, Toscano recently wrapped the North American leg of the American Idol LIVE! 2011 Tour and is prepping a full-length album after signing a deal with Interscope in July.
