Lil Wayne [1] shows no sign of slowing down after releasing his nearly one-million selling "The Carter IV" last month. The notoriously hard working rapper is resuming work on "I Can't Feel My Face," the long-delayed joint album with MC Juelz Santana [2].

"The next project he's working on is "I Can't Feel My Face" with [Juelz Santana]," Young Money President Mack Maine told XXLMag.com [4]. "Elz is a talented man. He's a young legend. [Wayne's] back working in the studio."
"I Cant Feel My Face" began as a mixtape five years ago. Although the tracks leaked, the duo still planned to turn the project into a full album. In a Sept. 2006 interview with Billboard.com, Lil Wayne said he and Santana were "like brothers." Santana added, "He's on fire, I'm on fire and I respect him on a music level as well as a friendship level. It's the same vice versa so we thought we might as well get together and make it happen."

The album never materialized, but Wayne and Santana hope to come through with new material this time around. Maine also confirmed that Wayne and his Young Money [6] crew will produce a follow-up to their 2009 effort, "We Are Young Money," possibly by the end of the year. "It wont' take long. Too much creativity for it to take a long time," he said.
Fans are also anticipating Wayne and Drake [7]'s collaborative album, which was confirmed by Birdman [8] to XXLMAG.com last month.
