Growing up in an Arkansas town with a population of 300, country artist Justin Moore  is a man who appreciates his rural roots. On his song "Small Town USA," which recently reached No. 8 on the Billboard country songs chart , Moore proclaims, "A lot of people called it prison when I was growing up / But these are my roots and this is what I love." Now, in a Billboard.com video interview, Moore discusses his new self-titled album, his humble beginnings and not pretending to act unimpressed by the Grand Ole Opry.
