The stars of the film "Pitch Perfect" will open the 2013 MTV Movie Awards in their first-ever live performance on April 14.
"Pitch Perfect" stars Skylar Astin, Anna Camp, Esther Dean, Adam Devine, Alexis Knapp, Hana Mae Lee, Ben Platt, Brittany Snow and host Rebel Wilson will re-unite as the dueling college a cappella groups, the Barden Bellas and Treblemakers. They will perform a mash-up of songs conceived and executed by the film's director, Jason Moore.
The soundtrack to "Pitch Perfect" has been a surprise hit, selling 622,000 copies, according to Soundscan.
