Lil Wayne is getting plenty of support -- and also a few superstar visits -- while he continues to recover from a series of seizures [1] that had the rap star rushed into the hospital, reportedly in "critical condition," on Friday evening.

On Saturday (March 16), Cash Money CEO Birdman was spotted outside of Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles beside a black Cadillac Escalade SUV, as seen in a picture that was posted on TMZ [2]. The gossip site also reported that Weezy received visits from hip-hop heavyweight Drake, [3] Nicki Minaj (who brought a plethora of get-well balloons) [4], and NBA star Chris Paul yesterday, all of whom were both separately photographed leaving the hospital.

On Friday evening, TMZ reported that the rapper was "being prepared for his last rites" after suffering from seizures caused by high amounts of codeine in his system. The severity of Wayne's condition was immediately refuted by members of his Young Money camp, including Mack Maine shot back at the website for trying to "kill a man before his time."

Representatives for the rapper confirmed to Billboard that Wayne was recovering. A tweet sent out from Wayne's account shortly after read: "I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love."

A series of supportive tweets from rappers T.I., Snoop Dogg and Jay Electronica folowed throughout the evening.
