Simply Red, Zucchero, Scorpions, Carla Bruni, Kim Wilde and Nadiya are among the artists lined-up to perform tomorrow during the "Stars of Europe" concert at the Brussels Heysel site, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome.
Top Belgian acts Helmut Lotti, Axelle Red and Kate Ryan will also participate in the three-hour gig, which will be staged at the foot of the Atomium monument.
The Belgian Royal family and various European statesmen are expected to attend.
Belgian public broadcasters VRT (Flemish-language) and RTBF (French-language) are staging the concert, which will be televised Europe-wide on 35 TV-channels via the European Broadcast Union (EBU). Numerous radio stations will also cover the event.
