Los Líderes, the clothing line developed by Latin urban duo Wisin & Yandel in conjunction with designer Marc Ecko, will be available in Macy's stores nationwide beginning in July, the group's management says. Currently, the line of men's clothing -- which includes jeans, leather jackets, hoodies and t-shirts -- can be found online at Wisin and Yandel's website and at Ecko's website . A Macy's print campaign is in the works to promote the brand. Wisin and Yandel wear Los Líderes outfits in most of their public appearances, including the video "Follow the Leader" alongside Jennifer López.
Distribution of Los Líderes clothing in Macy's in mid-July will follow the release of the duo's new album, Líderes (Machete/UMLE) July 3. Los Líderes, originally developed in 2010, is "affordable" contemporary men's wear. The line's top-selling item, says Wisin and Yandel management, is a hoodie that retails for approximately $69.
