  • 2011 saw plenty of musicians running into trouble with the law. From Big Boi to Rick Springfield, check out this gallery of the year's most notable music arrests. (Click the arrows to see all the photos)

  • Feb. 2 - Rapper Juelz Santana was arrested on four counts of narcotic and weapon offenses. Santana was later arrested on November 10 on suspicion of making 'terrorist threats.'

  • Feb. 17 - Former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr was arrested in connection with suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance in Salt Lake City, Utah. One month later, Starr died at the age of 44.

  • Feb. 26 - Rapper Juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license in Louisiana.

  • March 1 - Singer Christina Aguilera was arrested and charged with public intoxication after her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, was charged with drunk driving in Los Angeles.

  • March 26 - Rapper Rick Ross was arrested for marijuana possession in Louisiana.

  • March 27 - R&B singer Angie Stone was arrested in Georgia after allegedly speeding on a suspended license.

  • March 30 - Rapper Jim Jones was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

  • April 8 - Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge after pushing a woman out of a moving car. He was given a six-month sentence in September, but was released earlier this month on good behavior.

  • April 29 - Flavor Flav was arrested in Las Vegas for charges stemming from four separate automobile violations.

  • May 1 - "Jessie's Girl" singer Rick Springfield was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

  • June 9 - Rapper Flo Rida was arrested in Miami Beach and charged with a DUI as well as driving with a suspended license.

  • June 18 - "Wild Thing" rapper Tone Loc was arrested for suspicion of domestic abuse. He later pleaded no contest to the charge and was sentenced to one day in county jail, three years of probation, 30 days community service and 52 weeks of anger management counseling.

  • July 10 - Michael Todd, bassist for Coheed and Cambria, was arrested for allegedly trying to rob a Walgreens for pain-killers. Todd was kicked out of the prog-rock band the following month.

  • July 12 - Nick Oliveri, former bassist of Queens of the Stone Age, was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence in Hollywood after a five-hour standoff with police.

  • July 23 - Rapper Waka Flocka Flame was arrested for marijuana possession. Earlier in the year (Jan. 3), Waka turned himself in for gun and marijuana possession.

  • Aug. 4 - Big Sean was arrested on sexual abuse charges after a 17-year-old girl claimed that the rapper acted inappropriately after a concert in Buffalo, N.Y. The rapper later accepted a plea deal for a misdemeanor count of unlawful imprisonment.

  • Aug. 7 - Grammy-winning Outkast rapper Big Boi was arrested in Miami for possession of drugs including ecstasy and Viagra pills. He reached a deal in October that allowed him to avoid jail time.

  • Aug. 19 - Singer Teairra Mari was arrested in Beverly Hills for drunk driving. Although she admitted to the offense, the singer denied that she also assaulted a police officer, as was initially reported.

  • Aug. 20 - Rapper Machine Gun Kelly, recently signed to Diddy's Bad Boy label, was arrested after organizing a flash mob that brought hundreds of screaming fans to Cleveland's South Park Mall.

  • Aug. 24 - After recently completing a seven-month prison sentence, DMX was arrested again for reportedly speeding, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.

  • Sept. 11 - Houston rappers Paul Wall and Baby Bash were arrested in El Paso, Texas on suspicion of marijuana possession.

  • Sept. 14 - Jamaican reggae veteran Denroy Morgan was arrested after blowing through a stop sign in the Bronx, New York. Later police found 25 pounds of pot in his car.

  • Oct. 18 - Soulja Boy was arrested for marijuana and gun possession after being stopped for a traffic violation in Georgia.

  • Oct. 19 - Lindsay Lohan was arrested, yet again, for violating probation.

  • Dec 22 -- Adam Lambert was arrested in Helsinki, Finland after he and his reality star boyfriend Sauli Koskinen got into a brawl outside a gay bar.

  • Dec. 23 - Tyler Gregory Okanma of "Odd Future" was arrested in West Hollywood after security at the Roxy claimed that he destroyed a sound board belonging to the club.
