  • Electronic music producer (and recent Billboard cover star) Skrillex has made waves in the music world not just for his bone-rattling beats, but also for his distinctive side-swiped hairdo, which has inspired its own website as well as a hilarious tribute song. In honor of the dubstep king's multiple Grammy nods, we decided to see a few of pop's biggest names would look with a Skrillex makeover. Check out the pics and tell us who you think rocks the look best.

  • Taylor Swift: The country-pop queen looks pretty fearless with Skrillex's jet-black mane, don't you think? Plus, the shaved side gives her a punk-rock edge that would bring Nashville to its knees.

  • Lady Gaga: Considering Gaga's always outrageous fashion sense, the Skrillex cut actually feels too tame for this Lady. Still, the 'do echoes Gaga's in-your-face attitude in all the right ways.

  • Nicki Minaj: Head-turning hairstyles are nothing new to Ms. Minaj, and the Skrillex cut would be an awesome addition to her eye-popping assortment of looks.

  • Justin Bieber: It wasn't so long ago that Beiber was on the market for a new 'do. We're glad the Skrillex didn't make the cut. This is just wrong.

  • Britney Spears: We know Britney digs dubstep beats, so the look works with her recent musical evolution. Plus, the pop princess already went completely bald once, so shaving a patch of her head shouldn't be such a big deal. Fire up those clippers, Brit.

  • Kesha: No photo tricks here, folks! This is a pic Kesha tweeted back in January 2012, bragging about her new Skrillex-inspired 'do. A true case of life imitating art (or Photoshop, in this case). Do we hear a collaboration coming on?
