Jay-Z will be performing a charity concert on September 11th at New York's Madison Square Garden and Billboard.com is giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky winner.

The event, sponsored by Absolut Vodka, Roc Nation, Live Nation, Citi and Fuse TV, will be televised live on Fuse at 9pm EST on Sept. 11th. All of the proceeds from ticket sales and concert merchandise will go to New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund. Additional information can be found at answerthecall.org.
As previously reported, Jay-Z's latest album, "Blueprint 3" will be released on the same day at the benefit concert.
