Hundreds of bands and thousands of music fans descend on Austin for SXSW 2010.

Nas and Damian 'Junior Gong' Marley brought heat to the warm Austin, Texas witching hour last night (March 17) with a hot South By Southwest gig at Emo's just after midnight. Billboard.com's cameras were there to capture the scene as the New York rapper and the reggae scion traded verses in the tiny club packed with screen-waving fans.

Among the crowd favorites during late-night set were Nas' "Nas I Like," and the pairs' collaboration on "Strong Will Continue" and "Made You Look."

Nas and Marley's joint album "Distant Relatives" was recorded last summer, will likely be released this spring. Nas' 2008 album, which he renamed "Untitled" after dropping the controversial name "Ni**er,"  was No. 1 on four charts including the Billboard 200. He talked with Billboard last summer about recording the follow up.
