The debut album from rapper Snoop Dogg's new group project will be issued Jan. 18. "Snoop Dogg Presents Tha Eastsidaz," which will feature Tray Deee and Goldie Loc, will be issued by TVT in conjunction with Dogg's own Dogghouse label.
Among the many guests appearing on "Presents" are Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg and Warren G, Kurrupt, and Xzibit.
"G'd Up," the first single from the album, will be available commercially Dec. 7. The track will be available for free download beginning Monday from TVT's Web site. A video for "G'd Up" will be shot this month by director Diane Martel.
TVT also is planning a feature film starring Dogg and tha Eastsidaz.
Snoop Dogg's most recent album, "Top Dogg" (No Limit), debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200. As a solo artist, Dogg remains under contract to No Limit.
