Three 6 Mafia is in the final two weeks of work on its next album, "Laws of Power," which is due out Nov. 10.

"We've probably got about 20 songs, about 90 percent of the album done," the group's Juicy J tells Billboard.com. But his partner, DJ Paul, notes that "we always record up 'til the day it's time to turn it in, just in case we come up with something else that's cool. We write and record all the time, 24 hours a day. We've got a few different studios and mobile studios on our computers, so we never stop."

Mastering date for the album is set for Aug. 17.

"Laws of Power" is the follow-up to 2008's "Last 2 Walk," which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard 200. The two lead singles have already been chosen from the set: the mainstream-targeted "Shake My," a Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins-produced track featuring singer Kalenna from Diddy's group Dirty Money; and the "gangsta" track, a new version of "Lil Freak (Ugh Ugh Ugh)" which first appeared on Juicy J's solo album "Hustle Til I Die," which came out in June. The Memphis duo has also recorded a techno-flavored number called "Feel It," which was produced by Tiesto and features Flo Rida and Sean Kingston, as well as songs with Kevin Rudolf and Dr. Luke.

Still, DJ Paul says, "85, 90 percent of the record is done by us." And he adds that despite rumors and reports, former Mafia MC Lord Infamous, who appeared on Paul's solo album "Scale-A-Ton" in May, has not rejoined Three 6 Mafia and does not appear on "Laws of Power."

The "Laws of Power" title, DJ Paul explains, was chosen "because we feel Three 6 Mafia has always been known for setting trends. Songs like "Sippin' Some Syrup," "Ridin' Spinners," "Tear Da Club Up"...always set trends and started little things. Our songs were like the law of those trends. (On this album) each song represents a different law and what we feel you need to be doing at that time."

Three 6 Mafia hopes to hold industry listening parties for "Laws of Power" later this month and is planning an extensive promotional tour prior to the album's release. Once its out they hope to hit the concert stage, but no dates have yet been determined.
